We are currently seeking a Fine Jewelry Sales Associate to join our team and contribute to our mission of creating memorable experiences for our valued customers.

Position Summary:
As a Fine Jewelry Sales Associate, you will play a key role in providing our clients with an extraordinary shopping experience. This position requires a high level of professionalism, expertise in luxury and fine jewelry and a passion for customer service. You will assist clients with selecting pieces, share your knowledge about our products, and build lasting relationships with our customers, creating a loyal client base.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales & Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, understand their needs, and assist them in selecting the perfect piece of jewelry for their occasion. Maintain a high level of knowledge about products, gemstones, metals, and designs.
• Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on our product offerings and be able to explain the features, benefits, and unique details of each piece.
• Client Relationship Building: Cultivate long-term relationships with clients by providing personalized service, maintaining contact, and informing them of new arrivals, exclusive events, and special offers.
• Store Presentation: Assist with merchandising, display maintenance, and general store upkeep to ensure the showroom remains inviting, organized, and reflective of our brand’s luxury image.
• Sales Performance: Meet or exceed sales goals and contribute to the overall store success.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in luxury retail, preferably in fine jewelry.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of jewelry, including gemstones, metals, and craftsmanship, is preferred.
• Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a client-centric mindset.
• Professionalism: High degree of professionalism, integrity, and discretion with sensitive information.
• Team Player: Able to work effectively as part of a team while also being self-motivated to achieve individual goals.
• This is a job where you will be on your feet most of the day.

Position Summary:
As an apprentice, you will learn the basics of jewelry repair starting with polishing and quality control, all while you train toward becoming a bench jeweler.

While we are seeking candidates with any basic jewelry or jewelry repair knowledge, we will also consider any candidate that has a passion and desire to learn the jeweler trade.

We are also looking for candidates with previous knowledge of stone setting, sizing, polishing and jewelry repair.
This person should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, have excellent communication skills and be able to make good, sound decisions with strong problem-solving abilities.

Position Summary:
The Repair Shop liaison will serve as the expert when taking in and delivering client repairs. They work closely with sales professionals and support the jewelry repair teams by managing all functions related to processing repair and custom orders including management of parts inventory. The position involves customer contact and requires strong communication, organizational skills, and great attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Works directly with customers to process incoming jewelry, and repair items.
• Log or track repair and custom orders, notes, updates for servicing into the POS system per company standards.
• Communicate with customers to explain full range of options and pricing for repair services.
• Facilitate and ensure repair and custom check-in and check-out processes are followed.
• Properly document client property.
• Complete quality control inspections on completed jobs.
• Liaise with jewelers on quality control issues.
• Contact customers when service jobs are completed.
• Ensure that client service issues are handled in a timely fashion to guarantee complete client satisfaction at the highest level through quality service.
• Work as a team with the sales professionals and management in the store to create the best possible experience for clients and coworkers.
• Ship merchandise, repairs and other valuables as needed within the store’s insurance and packaging guidelines.
• Double-check all received package deliveries as they are and processed.
